A Short Story

I was in my room. I couldn't sleep and I didn't know what to do. Then I decided to listen to the songs in my playlist. I shuffled the list and I find something interesting. I can make a story from these songs. Well, now I'll try. Here is my story...

NOTE : this story is just a story. Don't take it serious ;)

Falling in love IS beautiful. until He and I were world apart. He has his own things, and so have I. We came to the point where He almost never say "Hi". I miss him so much. I felt like okay I'll do anything

I know it's impossible. cause He is somewhere in Europe and I am in Indonesia. So I can't just WALK to Europe, can I?

And one day, He broke me up. I was just starred at his words in my cellphone then I cried. I didn't understand why did He do that. I really wanted to say to him that

Yes, I was waiting for him. Actually I wasn't sure what exactly I'm waiting for at that time. He will never ever come back. but still, i was waiting. I was waiting for him while he had a crush on another girl (yeah i know i was so stupid). My friends were telling me that I should have been forget him.

And I confuse.

2,5 years later, our relationship was getting better. I can slowly forget him but not really forget. I mean, I wasn't stuck to him anymore. We had nice chit-chats. but i did a BIG mistake. He treated me so well as if He wanted me back and I let myself fly. Then I found that He is in a relationship with a girl. I was stunned.

I didn't understand why did He do such things. Maybe He just needs me when He get boring or no one else to talk with.

This time, I let him go. and I mean it!

oh, the story doesn't end yet.

5 years later, He came back to me. I didn't know that He broke up with his girlfriend. I was very surprise when he said:

I told him that I miss him too. He had no idea how much I miss him, well as friend. Then he gave me a strange look. It was like He was tortured by that feeling. He really miss me. This time I really really really don't know what to say. He made a confession.

I became more confuse. So what did He want?

He said :

What did He just say?  He want me back? Really? After all He had done to me? Fyi, I'm not mad at him. I forgive him. I just can't face that pain anymore. Our relationship won't work.

All I can say was:

He was so sad. He was begging me.

I said:
"You're such a good guy. you will find your soul mate but it's not me. Please, don't make this problem as a gap between us. We could be bestfriend, if you want to. oh and one question. Why do you want me back? Is it because you realize that you love me? or you just feel guilty?"

He didn't say anything. Then I left him.
